The Morghew Shoot Version 3.0
If the Morghew Shoot were an Operating System, one could say that its development has now reached Version 3.0.
Between 2004 and 2009, Version 1 saw Estate staff run a modest driven shoot putting down 5000 birds and shooting once or twice a week throughout the season. Version 2 lasted from 2009 to 2012, when the Estate was let to a professional shoot operator who expanded the operation significantly and shot several times a week. This brings us to the present day and what you might call Version 3.0
This new departure takes us back to a much smaller 100% in-house operation offering three shooting opportunities, as follows:
- Walked-Up / Mini-Driven Pheasant and Duck Days
- Duck and Goose Flighting on the Estate’s Reservoir
- An All-Year-Round Pigeon Shoot
